USA - 7 to 16 business days (tracking available)

International - 7 to 21 business days (tracking available)

Delayed delivery - we strive for timely deliveries, but on rare occasions, unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such instances, and rest assured, we'll take proactive steps to address prolonged delays. If your package shows no tracking updates for an extended period, typically greater than 20 business days, please notify us so that we can send a replacement to ensure you receive your order satisfactorily.

This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.


Please note that processing time (2-4 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, our shipping company will then pick up your package for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be send via email that you provided in the check out process.

Processing Time - we usually process orders within our specified time frame; however, during busy periods like holidays or promotions, processing times may occasionally extend.
